Rates for the gîte for 12 people - Gîtes de Pennavern
The 12-person gîte has a heated indoor swimming pool.
Possibility to rent weekends outside school holidays at the rate of 880 € for 2 nights and 1000 € for 3 nights.
Rental from Sunday to Sunday for school holidays.
Low season outside school holidays: 1350 €
Mid season, short school holidays: €1750 (weeks 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36)
High season, school holidays: 2250 € (weeks 30,31, 32, 33, 52, 01)
Arrival time: 3:00 p.m. - Departure time: 10:00 a.m.

Cleaning: 150 €
Bed sheets: €15 /bed
Bath sheets: 10 € / person
Dogs accepted on request : 25 €
Bed and bath linens are not provided. Each bed has a fitted sheet and a mattress protector, a bolster (with its mattress protector), a pillow per person with its mattress protector, a blanket and a duvet.
The cottage can be booked with the 4-person cottage, bringing the capacity to 16 people.
